Special Needs
For visitors with mobility difficulties or disabled people, we have available: wheelchairs (motorized), exclusive parking area, preferential service for accreditation, adapted toilets and access ramps.
Taxi
During the event, a partner taxi company is at the disposal of visitors/buyers offering security and convenience of service. The service counters are located at the exit of the event.
Medical Center
Unit equipped with the necessary resources for an immediate care of visitors. During the event, a team of doctors and nurse’s is available at gate 13, offering security and quality of service.
Public Telephone
An economical and available option for visitors/buyers, its use is through payment with a telephone card. Located next to the bathrooms.
Information Center
Responsible for information to visitors/buyers, regarding issues related to the fair plan, location of services, distribution of the official catalog of the event, among others.
Security Room
Theft support service and general guidance, meeting point location, lost and found with attendance during the fair.
Guide Dog
The entry of animals of any species or size is strictly prohibited, except for the access of guide dogs, duly authorized.
